Welcome to Citizen Care Bangladesh

By using the services provided by Citizen Care Bangladesh (CCB), you agree to conform to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern both the operations of CCB and your participation as a customer, outlining the expectations from both parties. Your engagement with CCB as a Social Business Organization providing Primary Healthcare Services through reputed healthcare service providers and use of its services signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions in conjunction with the privacy policy.

The Services

CCB provides a modern Social Business experience, including primary healthcare and pharmacy services, offering a range of services, products, and promotions. CCB reserves the right to modify or terminate any services or offerings without prior notice.

Membership Eligibility

To become a member of CCB, applicants must complete and submit the application form and provide valid identification for verification purposes. CCB retains the absolute discretion to determine membership eligibility. Membership commences upon approval of the application.

Membership Terms

• CCB membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is registered on the membership database.
• The membership card (CCB Health Card) is not a credit or debit card.
• The membership card, coupons, points, and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold, or traded in any way.
• CCB reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Members are required to notify CCB immediately in case of a lost or stolen card or any change in personal information by visiting the nearest CCB branch/fPharmalink Pharmacy.
• Proper identification documents will be required for card replacement.

Inactivity and Forfeiture

Each CCB Member is expected to conduct one-time renewal of their Health Card per year and at least one quarterly shopping transaction during a period of 12 months. Otherwise, CCB will, at its discretion, deactivate the membership and forfeit all/any points accumulated thereof.

Points

Point Redemption

To redeem points, the cardholder must present their membership card to the respective JSO/SO/nearest CCB Branch/Pharmacy in charge of fPharmalink Pharmacy during the desired transaction. The cardholder must also endorse the redemption in the record book with their signature and ensure that the accurate amount is adjusted from the electronic invoice.

Point Accumulation

Points can be earned on purchases of at least BDT 200 in a single transaction. No points will be available for fractional amounts below this threshold. Earned points are valid for a period of one year from the date of acquisition. After one year, CCB, at its sole discretion, can forfeit all/any unused points.

Transaction Updates

CCB adds or updates any transactions for point accumulation at a later time.

Discount Policy

The cardholder will get a special discount (maximum 8%) for listed non-pharmaceutical products. The percentage of discount may vary from product to product.

Product Return Policy

Applicable only for listed pharmaceutical products.

Excluded Products

Certain listed products may be excluded from the membership scheme at the discretion of CCB/fPharmalink Pharmacy, and such exclusions may change periodically.

Conversion Rate

The current conversion rate is BDT for each earned privilege point. CCB/fPharmalink Pharmacy reserves the right to change the conversion rate at any time.
